Kevin has over 15 years’ experience in the banking and finance sector, most recently as Relationship Director at Westpac.

His experience includes roles in credit analytics, relationship management and sales across a number of institutions including HSBC, ANZ Banking Group, Volkswagen Financial Services and GE Capital.

Kevin has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Commercial Law) from the University of Sydney and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

He has also served as a board member for Community First Step, a not for profit organisation providing a range of services aimed at assisting people to overcome disadvantage in the western Sydney region.

With over 25 years’ experience in the finance industry, Brian has a strong background in funding solutions with special interest in commercial property lending.

He has worked in various credit roles with OCBC Bank and Australian Finance Solutions; a specialist construction finance broking firm as well as senior Investment and Relationship Management roles with listed and private companies.

Brian has led numerous funding packages for commercial property and development funding transactions on behalf of clients based locally and offshore.

GREG CONOMOS

With over 10 years’ legal experience in the banking and finance sector, Greg has acted on institutional and mid-market banking transactions for Australia’s major banks, non-bank lenders, real estate funds, corporate borrowers, among others, on a bilateral, syndicated and club basis.

Greg specialises in property, construction and corporate finance, with an additional focus of legal innovation, naturally flowing from his technology background.

Over the years, Greg has acted for all of Australia’s major banks on a range of deals involving age care, retirement villages, aviation, pubs, clubs, pharmacy, health, professional services, property, construction, and transport and logistics sectors, among others.

He also assists new non-bank lenders enter the market, designing unique co-lending and white-labelling structures and provides them with support throughout their growth cycles.
